Is CBD safe?

by | Jul 4, 2020 | CBD 101

Since the passing of the 2018 Farm Bill, cannabidiol (CBD) oil has become legal in all 50 US states.  CBD is creating new opportunities from the hemp farm all the way to your local store (eCommerce or brick and mortar).

CBD now comes in an array of different products – oils, gummies, and topicals to name just a few.  You probably already realize that with so many CBD product options available, you might be wondering which company can you trust and know their products are safe.

Our first recommendation before you begin taking a CBD product is to confer with your healthcare provider.  Make sure your doctor approves of your choice to try CBD and begin added the product to your health routine.

You must also be aware that in some cases CBD has been known to cause dry mouth, diarrhea, reduced appetite, drowsiness, and fatigue.  If you decide to try CBD, we recommend starting off with one of the smaller mg strength tinctures or edibles.  Your body can adapt to these lower levels of CBD and if you choose to increase the mg strength in the future, you are free to do so.

There have been many research studies that have shown CBD to help with the following health conditions

As we move forward, we fully expect new research studies to expand on the current body of knowledge we have about CBD.  If you have any questions about CBD or any of our products, please email us at support@hemp50plus.com.  We are here to help.
